Starting with your unique needs and goals, I will create a personalized nutrition plan that includes practical strategies for incorporating whole, delicious foods into your daily routine. Leveraging my Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification, experience in professional kitchens, background as an elite athlete, and insights from raising two children, I help women balance hormones and adopt sustainable, healthy eating habits.

Whether you're training for a big race or competition, or simply want to be more positive and impactful at work or in your relationships, mindset is the key to unlocking your full potential. 

I draw on my personal, professional, and athletic experiences to help you cultivate a strong, resilient, and winning mindset.  I'll provide you with tangible techniques and tools to tap into your own power. Together, we'll identify your values, purpose, and goals, and I'll guide you in using meditation, visualization, breath work, and language to act from your strong, calm center and show up as your best self, no matter the environment.

 
 
 

Fitness.

I offer online fitness and strength coaching designed specifically for women in midlife, empowering you to achieve lifelong health and well-being. My programs cater to all fitness levels, with workouts that can be tailored to your unique needs.
